Abstract
Two tachykinins-scyliorhinin I and II and their analogues modified in positions 8 and 16, respectively, were studied using the circular dich roism method under the conditions that mimic biological membranes - tr ifluoroethanol and 1-dodecylsulfate sodium salt micelles. It was shown that the amino acid residues in the positions discussed play an impor tant role in the secondary structure formation.
