The concept of creating new materials is based on two principles: a di
spersed phase is formed within the medium of components of a new mater
ial; a dispersed phase is introduced from outside. In both cases modif
iers of dispersed phase particle surfaces are used, i. e., surfactants
whose nature is governed by the demands of the new material. The part
icular materials considered are metal polymers and nonmagnetic materia
ls.
