Abstract
The review discusses the results of X-ray structure investigations of metal coordination compounds with anionic ligands based on stable nitr oxide radicals. The structure of the coordination unit is analyzed and stereochemical characteristics of the nitroxyl N - O group are given. Also, the paper offers the analysis of intra- and intermolecular dist ances between paramagnetic centers of the complexes and surveys the re sults of a search for general tendencies of spatial packing of bischel ate complex molecules. The review covers publications up to January 19 92.
