Two-dimensional Fourier-transform ESR spectra from a complex fluid cha
racterized by very short free induction decay times are reported. They
provide enhanced resolution to dynamic molecular structure compared t
o conventional cw-ESR spectra which are inhomogeneously broadened by t
he macroscopic disorder. A general theoretical analysis based on the s
tochastic Liouville equation permits us to accurately determine the mi
croscopic ordering and motional dynamic rates by non-linear least-squa
res fitting to experiment.
