Abstract
In this paper we show that every finite dimensional complex representa tion of a simple Hermitean Lie algebra is pseudo-unitarizable. We give a classification of those irreducible representations for which the c one of those elements which generate contractions with respect to the pseudo Hermitean form is non-zero.
