Abstract
After a brief recall on the main characteristics of ehrlichiosis, leis hmaniasis and dirofilariasis in dog, the author presents results on ep idemiologic surveys in 400 military dogs from the mediterranean south- east region of France. In spite of systematic therapy, chronic asympto matic ehrlichiosis is always present, especially in Corsica. Leishmani asis is enzootic in two kennels (Marseille and Saint-Mandrier). Howeve r, eradication of dirofilariasis has been achieved.
