Abstract
Microscopy and micrography allow the diagnostic of the different veget ative parts of plants. If animals eat directly plants in pasture, the lignocellulosic parts remain undegraded and may be observed in the dig estive tract or in faeces. Consequently, identification of toxic plant s and studies on wild or domestic animals diet may be achieved. Microg raphy is the best method to control raw composition of commercial feed s.
