Abstract
In this article, second-order Fredholm integro-differential equations with initial conditions are written as a system of first-order equatio ns and solved numerically by finite difference methods. Conditions for convergence are presented, and a fourth-order method is applied to a test equation in connection with examining the asymptotic stability of such problems.
