Abstract
Communicating bronchopulmonary foregut malformations (BPFMs) are uncom mon congenital lesions which usually present in infancy with respirato ry distress, which is exacerbated during feeding. We present an unusua l case of bilateral oesophageal BPFM in an infant with multiple congen ital anomalies.
