Abstract
We have implemented a rather simple version of the Reflection High Ene rgy Electron Diffraction (RHEED) for studying the structure of surface s at temperatures down to liquid nitrogen temperature. Surface structu re of SrTiO3 has been studied as a function of temperature. The linear thermal expansion coefficient does not exceed the known bulk value.
