Abstract
The occurrence of four norlignan glucosides, curculigine, isocurculigi ne and their 1-O-methylethers, besides nyasicoside, in the rhizomes of Curculigo recurvata is reported. The absolute configuration of two st ereogenic centres, C-1 and C-2, was assigned by circular dichroism and CD exciton chirality.
