Abstract
The production of cellulase, xylanase and lytic enzymes of Trichoderma reesei M-7 secreted during growth on cellulose or lactose at pH value s between 3.5 and 5.3 was investigated. Fed-batch culture of T. reesei M-7 on cellulose at pH 3.4 resulted in higher cellulase titer (7.4 IU /ml FPU) than at pH 4.3 (3.2 IU/ml, FPU) and 5.3 (1.6 IU/ml, FPU). Twe nty % lactose medium used for fed-batch culture of T. reesei M-7 yield ed 32 IU/ml FPU at 3.5 and 24.5 IU/ml at pH 4.3.
