Abstract
We have prepared solid dispersions (melt, coprecipitate) of nordazepam III (NDZ) with carriers polyoxyethylene glycol (PEG 6000), succinic a cid, and with another drug, nicotinic acid, corresponding to the eutec tic composition. From a study of the dissolution kinetics, we found th at the highest value is obtained for the PEG 6000 melt. We have shown that there is a good correlation between PEG solid dispersion dissolut ion kinetics and mixing enthalpies.
