Abstract
OBJECTIVE. MR imaging, with its coronal imaging capability, may be ide ally suited for biopsies of hepatic dome lesions. We are reporting on the successful semi-real-time biopsy of such lesions using a 0.2-T ope n-configuration MR scanner in five patients. CONCLUSION. MR guidance h olds promise for facilitating biopsies of hepatic dome masses.
