Abstract
The novel 7-fluoro-4-chromone-3-sulfur compounds 5-12 were synthesized from the sulfinic acid 4, which can be obtained from the enaminone 3 and thionyl chloride. Especially the Flosequinane-like sulfoxide 12 wa s prepared and the vasodilating activity was evaluated in isolated rin g segments of rat aorta.
