Na. Slesarenko et al., IMMUNITY DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH LICHE N RUBER AND METHODS OF CORRECTION THEREOF, Vestnik dermatologii i venerologii, (1), 1993, pp. 45-48
Immunologic analysis of the blood of patients with lichen ruber (n=200
) involved not only quantitative, but functional analysis of the lymph
ocytes as well - the chemiluminescence response to PHA mitogen and the
ir electrophoretic mobility studies by cellular preparative electropho
resis with the Elphor VaP-5 apparatus (Bender Hobein, Germany). Such a
selection of the immunologic tests is pathogenetically valid. Signifi
cant disorders in the immune response were found, evidencing a high fu
nctional activity and poor differentiation of T lymphocytes. Vilozen,
an immunomodulator made in this country, is suggested for the treatmen
t of patients with lichen planus, that is conducive to correction of t
he immunity shifts. Indications for the administration of the drug hav
e been defined.
