Ai. Novikov et al., IMMUNE REACTIVITY IN PATIENTS WITH PSORIA SIS OVER THE COURSE OF CARBOHEMOSORPTION AND XENOSPLENOSORPTION, Vestnik dermatologii i venerologii, (3), 1993, pp. 13-16
Immunograms of 32 patients with torpid psoriasis en plaques were analy
zed to single out the markers of the immune status and develop a diffe
rentiated approach to prescription of efferent therapy, carbohemosorpt
ion and xenosplenosorption. Analysis of the results of immunologic stu
dies and the therapy that followed has shown that combined administrat
ion of carbohemosorption (session 1) and xenosplenosorption (sessions
2 and 3) is advisable for cases with the low values of phagocyte-activ
e neutrophils. If the levels of phagocyte-reactions are high or normal
, such therapy is of no avail.
