Abstract
It is shown that, in the cosmology of an invisible axion, the energy d ensity of the axion field coherent oscillations must be distributed in the Universe in the form of archioles, i.e., nonlinear, nonhomogeneou s structures reflecting large-scale distribution of the ''Brownian'' s tructure of axionic strings in the early Universe.
