Abstract
A fetal thigh muscle biopsy was performed at 18 weeks and 6 days' gest ation using an automatic 18-gauge biopsy needle. A positive immunoreac tion with antisera to the amino- and carboxy-terminals of dystrophin e xcluded Duchenne muscular dystrophy from this at-risk male.
