Abstract
In putting alloy VT15 into production the change-over from laboratory to industrial ingots caused technological problems. In this work the m acro- and microstructure is studied in different parts of an industria l ingot of alloy VT35, and the mechanical properties in tension, impac t strength, chemical composition, the shape and size of microstructura l components, and the distribution of chemical elements through a grai n are determined.
