Abstract
Responses of polypyrrole based ion-selective chloride electrode were i nvestigated in chloride and redox media. Bifunctional character of the potentiometric response of the polypyrrole films doped with chloride ions was observed being sensitive both to chloride ions and to the red ox potential of the solution, however the redox response seems to pred ominate.
