Abstract
In a case of Wallenberg's syndrome, infarction of the dorsolateral med ulla was shown to be caused by thrombosis of the left vertebral artery , as demonstrated by T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging, magnetic resonance angiography and conventional angiography.
