Abstract
This paper is a preliminary report on the flux density monitoring of c alibration sources used at the Molonglo Observatory Synthesis Telescop e. We show two examples of large amplitude variability at 843 MHz whic h we attribute to refractive scintillation in the Galactic interstella r medium.
