Abstract
It was found by H-1 and C-13-NMR and by optical activity measurements that the 2-hydroxynaphtaldimines of D-galactosamine, D-glucosamine and D-mannosamine exhibit the keto-amine/enol-imine and the anomeric equi libria in dimethylsulfoxide solutions.
