Abstract
PZT ceramics of composition in the morphotropic phase boundary region are prepared and poled at d.c. fields of different strength. The domai n reorientation by poling is studied by X-ray diffraction. A method to calculate the non-180-degrees domain switching percentage in the cera mics of two-phase coexistence is proposed.
