Abstract
An approach to the stability analysis of socioeconomic systems is prop osed, based on the methodology of signed directional graphs and so-cal led pulse processes on them. A resonance effect is introduced and inve stigated, the problem of approximating an arbitrary digraph by a speci ally structured digraph, or rose, is formulated and solved, and the pr actical application of the proposed methods is demonstrated in a subst antive example.
