Abstract
Aeromonas spp. has been associated with septicaemia in immunocompromis ed patients. The authors report an observation of Aeromonas sobria sep ticaemia and ascite infection in a 57 years old man with alcoholic cir rhosis. Evolution was favourable with a combination of betalactam and fluoroquinolone antibiotherapy.
