Abstract
The synthesis and SAR of bridgehead N-alkylated analogues of the nonpe ptide substance P antagonist CP-96,345 are described. The results indi cate that the bridgehead nitrogen may provide more of an anchoring fun ction rather than being in intimate contact with the receptor.
