Abstract
Endothelin-1 analogs replaced by various amino acids at position 20 ([ X(20)]-ET-1) were synthesized and evaluated for the ET(A) and ET(B) re ceptor binding activities. In order to obtain the structural requireme nts for the ET(A) and ET(B) receptor binding activities, the quantitat ive structure-activity relationships(QSAR) of sixteen analogs was inve stigated by the PLS method.
