Abstract
The possibilities of using the classical mechanisms of two-dimensional and three-dimensional nucleus formation and growth of mixed crystals in the electrocrystallization of alloys were investigated. Criteria fo r nucleus formation and growth of crystals were proposed, and the limi ts of the transition from two-dimensional to three-dimensional nucleus formation and the reverse were determined. The transition from the te xture of generation to the texture of growth was traced. Calculations were performed by method of computer modeling.
