Abstract
We describe two children with clinical and laboratory features of hypo complementemic urticarial vasculitis syndrome. Both patients had sever e, life-threatening manifestations: rapidly progressive glomerulonephr itis (patient 1) and pulmonary hemorrhage (patient 2). We conclude tha t this syndrome may be a potentially severe multisystem disease.
