O. Parkash et al., STUDY OF ELECTRICAL-CONDUCTION BEHAVIOR OF THE SR1-XLAXTI1-XNIXO3 (X-LESS-THAN-OR-EQUAL-TO-0.10) SYSTEM, Journal of alloys and compounds, 206(2), 1994, pp. 147-153
Electrical conduction behaviour of the Sr1-xLaxTi1-xNxO3 (x less-than-
or-equal-to 0.10) system has been studied by complex plane impedance s
pectroscopy and AC conductivity measurements in the temperature range
300-575 K Both these studies show that conduction occurs by a Debye-ty
pe loss process at low temperatures and by excitation of charge carrie
rs at valence band edge and hopping at energies close to it at high te
mperature among localized nickel sites mainly responsible for conducti
on.
