Abstract
Intrones of human tyrosine aminotransferase (TAT) gene were sequenced. Combined with the literature data about the exon-introne structure of the gene and the sequence of the TAT mRNA, the obtained nucleotide se quences yielded on uninterrupted segment 10989 b. p. long of the human TAT gene.
