Abstract
Spinal intramedullary teratoma is a rare tumor. A case of intramedulla ry teratoma of the conus medullaris with caudal exophytic development is presented. The patient underwent magnetic resonance imaging and the n the tumor was removed surgically. This is the sixth case of intramed ullary teratoma reported in the literature.
