Abstract
In this report, a case of spinal cord ischemia and gluteal skin necros is, following infrarenal aortic aneurysm repair is presented. The majo r etiologic factor precipitating this condition is believed to be the interruption of both internal iliac arteries. To prevent these complic ations the authors believe that at least one of the internal iliac art eries should be revascularized to prevent microembolism and hypotensio n.
