Abstract
This paper emphasises the aim of establishing instalations in the dome stic waste disposal sites, as well as the methodology for their design ing and monitoring. In order to monitor the disposal site in the Athen s Greater Area, leachate sampling and bore holes, evaluation of the ex isting bore holes, as well as assessment of the surrounding geology we re carried-out.
