Abstract
It is shown that knowledge of individual compounds in a multicomponent mixture, acquired by computer aided analysis of C-13 nuclear magnetic resonance (n.m.r.) spectra, can significantly increase structural ana lysis precision of synthetic gasoline, stemming from liquefaction of a Polish coal; especially, determination of the branching factor of the saturated fraction can be made, without previous chromatographic sepa ration.
