Abstract
From the point of view that a laser system near the threshold is simil ar to a ferromagnetic phase transition system, applying renormalizatio n group theory (RGT) and the Feynman diagram expansion technique, we i nvestigated the correlation function of a laser system. We discuss the influences of the crystal structure and coloured noise of the medium on this correlation function and also the ''critical slowing down'' of the system.
