Abstract
The Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome is a rare mesodermal abnormality causin g venous anomalies, cutaneous capillary naevi with bone and soft tissu e hypertrophy of one or more limbs. In this pictorial review we illust rate the plain film, venographic, ultrasound and magnetic resonance im aging features of Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome affecting the lower limb.
