Giant fusiform aneurysms are rare vascular anomalies that due to their
size are often difficult to manage. We describe one such aneurysm tha
t was managed with a superficial temporal to middle cerebral artery by
pass followed by the application of a single clip just distal to the v
ascular dilation. Follow-up angiography has shown aneurysm obliteratio
n by the process of retrograde thrombosis.
