Abstract
Intracranial extradural hydatid cysts are a rare occurrence with uncle ar pathogenesis. Three different cases are reported and the postoperat ive courses are discussed. Of the 11 cases found in the literature, al l eight cases whose sex and age were reported are men, and seven of th e eight are clustered in between the second and fourth decades.
