Abstract
The Expert Panel on Women's Health of the American Academy of Nursing has studied the need for transformative change in women's health servi ces and provides recommendations to facilitate such change in the curr ent system of health care and in nursing education, practice, and poli cy so that women's health needs may be met more effectively.
