UNIVERSAL PHOSPHORESCENCE IMMUNOASSAY

The aim of this study is to develop a universal phosphorescence immuno assay method using monoclonal antibodies to Pd-coproporphyrin (Pd-CP) and conjugates of various proteins with Pd-CP. Pd-CP and monoclonal an tibodies obtained allow a convenient method for the determination of v arious antigens to be developed. The conditions for immunological reac tions with Pd-CP were optimized with respect to the components affecti ng the nonspecific binding Pd-CP and Pd-CP conjugates. (C) 1994 Academ ic Press, Inc.
