The nonperturbative equation for the infrared PI44(0) limit is built b
y using the Slavnov-Taylor identity to define the three-gluon vertex f
unction in the temporal axial gauge. We found that all vertex correcti
ons should be taken into account along with the standard ring graphs t
o keep the gauge covariance in all the calculations and to give correc
tly the nonperturbative g3 term. This term is explicitly calculated an
d compared with the previously known results.
