Abstract
Biliary tubage, is interesting in the aetiological research of acute p ancreatitis, when the origin is unknown after anamnesis, clinical exam ination, abdominal ultrasonographic studies and retrograde cholangiogr aphy. The sludge is the aetiology fond in 40% of the cases. Microscopi c crystals are either cholesterol monohydrate, either calcium bilirubi nate, or calcium carbonate microspheroliths. Biliary microscopic cryst als drive the patients to the cholecystectomy to prevent acute pancrea titis relapses.
