DISSENTERS APPRAISALS

This is the third survey of an ongoing study involving dissenters' app raisals performed by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OC C). The first two surveys, both published in the Banking Law Journal, covered seventy-two dissenters' appraisals from the period January 1, 1979 through September 30, 1986 The third survey updates all the disse nters' appraisals performed by the OCC, albeit a drastically reduced n umber, since the end of the second survey.
