Abstract
Sandwich-type junctions of GdBa2Cu3Ox/Gd2CuO4/GdBa2Cu3Ox (GBCO/GCO/GBC O) were fabricated by the vacuum co-evaporation method. Differential c onductance curves showed a gap-like behaviour, a linear conductance ag ainst the voltage and zero-bias conductance peaks (ZBCPS) at low tempe ratures and also at high temperatures around T(c). The estimated gap p arameter 2DELTA was about 20 meV at 4.2 K. Although it was not possibl e to determine the mechanism for the ZBCPS and the linear conductance at the present stage, it was suggested that there might be some relati on to the magnetic properties of Gd.
