Abstract
Thiocarbohyldinucleosides were synthesized from the corresponding nucl eosides and thiophosgene and used as substrates for radical deoxygenat ion reaction. A new variant of the Barton - Robins approach to 2'-deox y and 2',3'-dideoxynucleosides is proposed.
