Abstract
Extramedullary haemopoiesis resulting in spinal cord compression is ra re. This report of extramedullary myeloid metaplasia in a patient with myelofibrosis serves to illustrate the value of magnetic resonance im aging (MRI) in the diagnosis and management of good neurological recov ery.
