Abstract
Infrared diode laser absorption spectra of the 7h-6g and 7i-6h systems of H-2 have been measured in a low pressure a.c. discharge in H-2. Li ne positions of the ro-vibrational structure of both systems have been calculated to experimental mental precision in many cases using the l ong-range multipole-polarization model of high l Rydberg states.
